Melanie Mason and Belinda Sinclair are Bayside artists who are reclaiming their cultural heritage piece by literal piece.

Utilising cast-off materials, including the wood from demolished Queenslander homes, MASON SINCLAIR present a range of clever pop-inspired, hand-printed artworks with a nostalgic twist.

MASON SINCLAIR give a second life to once beloved materials facing the loneliness of the scrapheap,” says Sinclair. “By adopting these re-purposed works, we hope to find them a new home, honouring the legacy of the timbers that housed our ancestors.”

MASON SINCLAIR assume no responsibility for any hauntings that may occur in relation to these products.

Lust For Life is excited to announce special guest DJ Judy Jetson of Subterranea on 4ZZZ spinning a mix of 60s, garage, psychedelia and more for the exhibition launch on Thursday 7 March 7pm – 9pm.

On display 7 March – 31 March 2013 at Lust For Life tattoo gallery espresso bar.
