The Kurilpa Collection 2007 – 2017

8th - 18th November

Twenty people with art as a common interest formed The Kurilpa Collection group in 2007. With our pooled resources we wanted to acquire contemporary works from the primary art market to hang in our homes. 2017 marks ten years of collecting and learning in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart, the end of our collaboration and the first and only time all 58 collected works will be shown together.

Panel Discussion – Collecting Collections: Saturday, 18 November 2pm, Webb Gallery. With Michael Schwartz (Acacia Collectors), Josh Milani (Milani Galleries), Emma & Carol Bett (Bett Gallery).

Opening Event: Wednesday, 8 November 2017, 6 – 8 pm
Venue: Project Gallery and Webb Gallery QCA, 226 Grey Street, South Bank
