Themed on the transformation and transcendence of water, Margaret Ingles’s new exhibition Above and Below evokes a state of relaxation and letting go of the busyness of everyday life.
“Water helps us to connect to ourselves, to feel lighter, happier, weightless and naturally more buoyant. Whether in a pool or in the sea, we get to dip our metaphorical toes into the vast and still depths of our own psyche.” – Margaret Ingles

Margaret has had a number of exhibitions in Brisbane, Singapore and Bangkok, and has been a finalist in many art prizes around the world. She completed a Bachelor of Social Sciences and has since worked as a teacher, artist and editor.
