After publishing Das Superpaper in Australia for 6 years, Das Platforms is proud to announce the launch of Oberon, a new international, bi-annual magazine. Oberon presents the best of contemporary art in the world of literature, philosophy, economics, politics, sociology, psychology, history, law and science. In your carry-on or on your coffee-table, Oberon is your companion to the world of art.
Launching in March 2016, Oberon 2 features sections edited by Stella Rosa McDonald (AUS), Mathieu Kleyebe Abonnenc (FR), and Lisanne Fransen (NDL) and includes texts by Chris Kraus, Candice Lin, Rometti Costales, Malick Ndiaye, Jorge Satorre, Xavier Wrona and others. Nick Garner, one of the founding editors of Oberon, will launch Oberon 2 at the IMA.
IMA Motto Bookshop is the exclusive stockist of the publication in Queensland. Issues 1 and 2 of Oberon will be available to purchase on the night.
