Just Looking, Thanks

Deadline:

WHEN : 23rd August – 1st September / Opening 23rd August, 6:00pm
WHERE : Love Love Studios

CATC Photoimaging students and The Love Love Art Gallery is excited to present “Just Looking, Thanks”. This free exhibition is a group project created by eleven emerging photographic artists studying photography full time at CATC.

In the exhibition, the photographers will present a series of photographs ranging from the bizarre to the sublime, and everything in between.

This exhibition contains moments and experiences of how these artists are deeply moved by their intimate observations and experiences of their world. The images are expressions of a deeper and more complex experience of life, ranging from the importance of the mundane to the profound richness and complexity of the human condition.

Each photographic artist brings a variety of knowledge and experience that has developed recently for some and over many years for others. Drawing on their own experiences these photographers come together to present their very personal and intimate perceptions and experiences of life.
