The Games of Art will investigate artists who use gaming as a framework and medium for expressing social-cultural ideas. What happens when artists reframe games as being more than entertainment? What kinds of works emerge from the slippage between art and games? The exhibition uncovers games as mechanisms for creative expression and critical thought, and as platforms to examine the world around us.
