Brisbane Street Art Festival presents ‘1 DEGREE’, this first night of ‘1 DEGREE // 2 DEGREES’, an exhibtion series presenting work by Brisbane’s female artists and creatives in an live, two night event.
At 1 DEGREE all artists will be within one degree of separation from the curator, whilst 2 DEGREES will be comprised of artists selected by each 1 DEGREE particpant, creating an outwardly reaching network of female creative practice that spans visual art, photography, performance, architecture, writing, graphic design and more.
1 DEGREE // 2 DEGREES will be accompanied by an exhibition catalogue that aims to capture each artist’s experience of practicing in Brisbane currently, in their own words.
Come along to hear, see, read, feel and support what Brisbane’s women have to offer.
