 ABOUT THE FACILITATORElysha Rei is an artist, arts manager and residency director living in Brisbane. She has been actively exhibiting as a professional artist within Australia and internationally for the past 11 years, as well as building a career in arts projects coordination and gallery management. Elysha has experience curating exhibitions as regional Gallery Director of Dogwood Crossing Arts and Cultural Centre Miles, Co-Founder and Co-Director of Made Creative Space Toowoomba and curated arts projects in partnership with Toowoomba Regional Council. She has been the Operational Director of Sam Rit Residency for the past 3 years, welcoming international artists to a small rice-farming community in Thailand. She continues to actively exhibit her work alongside her role as Scheduled Program Lead at Flying Arts Alliance. |
