Leen Rieth: When I am here, what do I do?

Deadline:

Boxcopy

This project is a part of Leen’s development of a pedagogy focussed on studying physical and social configurations generated in and by art institutions. The pedagogy uses self-experimentation as a method to study experience. This method is influenced by queer studies of experience which make visible and also obscure contingencies of participating in social and institutional logics. Leen’s pedagogy offers time to study participation in art institutions and well as reconsider operations, orientations and privileges present within these spaces.

During the week before the opening Leen will physically experiment with the gallery space to study the surfaces and structures of Boxcopy. When I am here, what do I do? will share the method of experimentation and documentation of it.
