A fine art photographic exhibition by David Symons at The Maud Street Photo Gallery in Newstead, QLD.
David’s work has been variously described as ‘the recognition of glass cutting skin” and “a Festival of Photo Noir, theatrical juxtaposition and semiotics”.
For David, the idea that the photograph can traverse the line between the real and imagined, and the outer and inner world, is the greatest appeal of the medium.
David’s photographs have been exhibited throughout Australia. His work is held in The Art Gallery of Western Australia Collection, The National Library of Australia, and the State Library of Queensland.
