Flying Arts Alliance is now accepting entries for the 2025 Queensland Regional Art Awards (QRAA) — Australia’s largest regional art awards prize pool, open to established and emerging visual artists living outside the Brisbane City Council boundary.
The annual awards celebrate the depth and diversity of regional Queensland’s visual arts community, offering finalists the opportunity to exhibit in Brisbane before touring across the state throughout 2026. Winning and highly commended works will be announced at the official launch event.
This year’s theme, Momentum, invites artists to explore the balance and forward movement required in a fast-paced world. Art offers space for reflection, critique, and innovation, propelling us forward while building on the history and legacy of the arts.
