Celebrating excellence, cultural strength, and innovation, the Telstra National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Awards (Telstra NATSIAA) provide a nationally significant platform for sharing powerful stories and unique artistic practices from across the continent.
Proudly presented by the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory (MAGNT) and principal partner Telstra, the awards are Australia’s longest-running and most prestigious celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art.
All Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to enter. This is an opportunity to showcase your talent in one of seven award categories, including the Telstra Art Award valued at $100,000.
From bark painting and sculpture to multimedia and contemporary practices, the Awards honour the diversity and vitality of First Nations art across Australia.
