The Paddington Art Prize introduces the inaugural Paddo Sculpture Prize, a national, non-acquisitive award offering $10,000 for a 3D free-standing sculpture inspired by the Australian landscape.
Open to artists across Australia, the prize invites submissions that respond to landscape through sculptural form—encouraging diverse interpretations across material, scale, and concept.
In addition to the major prize, three further awards will be presented:
Honourable Mention: $3,000
Highly Commended: $1,000
Residency & Gallery Award: Eramboo Artist Environment + $500
Finalists will be exhibited at Council House, Woollahra, providing a platform for national exposure within a curated exhibition context.
The 2026 judging panel includes artists and educators Ramesh Mario Nithiyendran, Wendy Teakel, and Tracey Deep.
