As part of Make Music Month, The Hub Gallery has been transformed into a vibrant celebration of art, music and creativity. The exhibition showcases a colourful collection of original music posters designed by Moreton Bay teenagers alongside works by digital illustrator Desirai Saunders.
Inspired by favourite bands, songs and music culture, the exhibition explores the visual language of music through illustration, design and creative expression. Visitors are invited to discover how music can inspire artistic practice and community engagement.
A special feature of the exhibition is The People’s Instrument, an interactive keyboard available for visitors to play during gallery opening hours. Whether you’re a seasoned musician or haven’t touched an instrument in years, everyone is encouraged to have a go and make music.
The instrument will also feature in a special activation by professional musician Matt Rabbas on Wednesday 17 June 2026.
