The Earth Partner Prize 2026 is now open for submissions, inviting artists and creatives aged 14–30 from around the world to respond to the urgent challenges of climate change, ecological justice and environmental action.
Open to all nationalities, backgrounds and creative disciplines, the prize welcomes submissions across a broad range of mediums including photography, film, sculpture, performance, writing, music, fashion, coding, digital art, new media, app development and social media projects. The initiative aims to amplify the voices of younger generations whose futures will be shaped by today’s environmental decisions.
Presented in collaboration with the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and Re:wild, the prize offers emerging creatives the opportunity to have their work showcased internationally and viewed by environmental leaders, curators and cultural organisations.
Eight finalists will receive cash prizes of $10,000, $5,000 or $2,000, while an additional twenty artists will receive Honourable Mentions selected by an internationally recognised jury. A special Impact Award will also be presented.
The 2026 jury includes Hans Ulrich Obrist, Ferdinando Verderi, Shaway Yeh, Musonda Mumba, Derrick O. Boateng, Robin D. Moore, Giovanni Testino, Marcela Villafaña and Marina Testino.
Selected works will be featured on Earth Partner and Art Partner platforms, reaching global audiences and continuing the prize’s history of exhibitions at major venues including the United Nations Headquarters, Fotografiska Shanghai and Photo London.
