Entries are now open for the 2026 Fisher’s Ghost Art Award, one of Australia’s longest-running and most prestigious regional art awards, presented by Campbelltown Arts Centre.
Now in its 64th year, the award offers more than $60,000 in prize money, including the $50,000 acquisitive Open Award, with the winning work entering the Campbelltown City Council Art Collection.
The award welcomes artists from across Australia working in a wide range of visual art practices. Previous Open Award recipients include Elisabeth Cummings, Marion Borgelt, Justene Williams, Khaled Sabsabi, Michael Cook and Angela Tiatia.
The exhibition forms part of the annual Festival of Fisher’s Ghost, celebrating the famous local legend of Frederick Fisher.
