Grid Photo Gallery invites photographers worldwide to submit work for TRAVEL: Around the World 2026, an international open call exploring contemporary photography and the experience of place.
The call welcomes photographs depicting landscapes, cities, streets, cultural spaces, routes, borders, interiors and environments shaped by movement or belonging. The theme is not limited to travel itself, with the gallery seeking photographs that offer viewers a strong sense of place.
Selected works will be presented in a curated global online exhibition.
Prizes and opportunities:
- 1st Place / Photographer of the Month: Featured position in the virtual exhibition, profile interview, promotional placement and one free entry into the next open call
- 2nd and 3rd Places: Highlighted in the virtual exhibition
- All selected entries displayed for at least one month and then kept permanently online
- Social media promotion
- Digital certificate
- Personal profile page with a link to the photographer’s website
- Top three photographs eligible for the title Photography of the Year
- Selected works may also be included in a printed catalogue
There is no limit to the number of images an artist can submit.
Entry fee: €7 per image. Fees are non-refundable.
