Art + Yoga


Take a moment for yourself at this yoga session and be surrounded by art. Led by Yasuyo Anne Uehara (Holistic counsellor, life-long meditator, and mindfulness yoga teacher), you’ll be instructed through yoga poses, with a focus on breath and mindfulness practices.
