Born and raised on the far north coast of New South Wales and recently returning to Brisbane after a period in London, Thom works between both traditional and street forms of painting mixed with elements of printmaking.
The upcoming Backgrounds exhibition presents a new body of painted works dealing with the layered history of the artists immediate landscape as well as the residue of daily rituals and behaviours.
Exhibition continues until Sunday February 5th / Gallery Opening Hours : Saturdays and Sundays 10 am to 4pm
