Have your art featured in a public space in Ipswich and win a $150.00 gift voucher.
Ipswich City Council has a proven commitment to reducing the occurrence of graffiti vandalism in the City and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for the community and visitors.
Council proposes to build on its commitment by introducing creative ways to reduce the incidence of graffiti vandalism with the ‘Box Art Program’.
Traffic signal control boxes are frequently targeted by graffiti vandals. In order to discourage graffiti occurring and to make it easier to remove graffiti if it does occur, traffic control signal boxes across Ipswich will be covered in artwork on a vinyl wrap material.
Your artwork can be one of a variety of mediums including but not limited to photography, paint, pencil, and digital media – please refer to the entry form for more details on entry requirements.
There is no theme so make sure you think outside the box…Get creative for graffiti prevention and submit your artwork for judging.
