The Brisbane Sculpture Festival 2025 returns to transform the Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens and Auditorium into an immersive celebration of sculpture. Presented by Sculptors Queensland, the festival features works by some of Queensland’s leading sculptors across indoor and outdoor venues.

Visitors are invited to view and purchase sculptural works, meet the artists, and wander a stunning trail of outdoor artworks set within the natural beauty of the gardens. The festival showcases a wide variety of forms, materials, and stories—from abstract to figurative, whimsical to contemplative.

Indoor Exhibition – Mt Coot-tha Auditorium

  • Dates: Wednesday 16 July – Sunday 20 July

  • Hours: 10:00am – 4:00pm daily

Outdoor Exhibition – Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens

  • Dates: Friday 18 July – Tuesday 14 October

  • Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm daily

  • Experience: A vibrant trail of sculptures throughout the gardens—free and open to all

Opening Night & Prizegiving:

  • Date: Friday 18 July

  • Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm

  • Admission: Free, but registration required
