Cassandra Louttit presents her second solo exhibition, Big Blue/Rothko Worship Current Year, at Wreckers Artspace in Woolloongabba.
The exhibition centres on a painting and series of paintings shown in full for the first time, alongside new work. Louttit will also present an artist talk exploring the arcane technical processes behind the works, including both digital and painterly techniques.
A separate exhibition, Tacit Mirage, will also be presented at Wreckers Artspace, featuring new collage works upstairs with accompanying text by Kimberly Stokes.

Big Blue/Rothko Worship Current Year opens Saturday 29 August.
Tacit Mirage opening: Saturday 29 August, 6–10pm.
