Submissions are open for the first issue of ‘code :: art’, a new art journal that publishes code, exploring the relationship between code and art. Any kind of art where code is the medium is invited, the artistic qualities can be aesthetic, technical, emotional, or whatever else you can come up with. Any programming language may be used, even esoteric languages or ones, which don’t exist yet. You may also mix languages within a piece – the code does not need to compile or run. It might not even be text, images can be submitted also. It is recommended to read the guidelines before submitting work for consideration.
