Jugglers Art Space Inc. in partnership with Economic Development Queensland will be curating three shipping containers as part of the Containerval Festival from 1st to 17th November 2013.
Expressions of Interest are sought from artists, performers, musicians and workshop facilitators for artwork display/sale, performances, workshops, temporary exhibitions and installations etc. These will take place inside and around Jugglers’ three shipping containers as well as throughout the general grounds of the Containerval Festival every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during 1-17th November.
Containerval Festival will deliver an event that ignites imagination, celebrates creativity & is a platform to explore Brisbane’s design talents. Containerval is Brisbane’s newest Festival celebrating Brisbane’s creativity. Set on the banks of the Brisbane River at Hamilton Northshore, Containerval will transform shipping containers into a vibrant, edgy mix of pop-up retail shops, performance spaces and artist studios. Coffee, Wine, Food, Art, Fitness, Music, Dance, Fashion and Movies will all be found at Containerval.
