Felix Palmerson is originally from Melbourne and currently lives, works and calls Brisbane home. Felix is an emerging contemporary dance practitioner and choreographer, having recently completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts (Dance Performance) at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2017.
Felix has professional performance experience in contemporary dance, theatre, roving performance and site-specific work. Felix has travelled to participate in professional workshops and intensives across Europe, China and Australia in active pursuit of knowledge and understanding of the many facets of contemporary dance.
Felix is inspired by art that exposes the complex, awkward and quirky aspects of life that are often avoided. She believes art is necessary, movement is essential and we should have stopped using plastic bags decades ago.
