Born in Sichauan, China, Queensland-based ceramicist Dai Li creates quirky depictions of relatable female characters. Built by hand, each sculpture has an inviting personality which is both sweet and humorous.

Dai Li attended the prestigious Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute in China before moving to Australia. Currently, her work is in private collections across Australia, Hong Kong, United Kingdom and Shanghai, as well as the Ipswich Art Gallery and QUT Art Museum.
