Mitchell Fine Art Gallery kicks off its 2016 exhibition calendar with ‘Director’s Choice’.
Gallery Director Mike Mitchell carefully selected the artworks from the galleries current collection and the show highlights some of the galleries finest works in stock.
Featuring a mix of Australian Contemporary, Aboriginal and International artists the criteria for a works selection is quality. The artworks are some of the Directors favourites and whilst not necessarily expensive pieces they are most some of our most striking artworks.
This exhibition features some of the finest examples of the work of George Gittoes, Frank Gohier, Adam Cullen and Nancy Kunoth Petyarre amongst others.
The exhibition is showing at Mitchell Fine Art, 86 Arthur Street, Fortitude Valley – Brisbane from 3rd to 27th February 2016.
The gallery is open 6 days a week from Monday to Friday 10am to 5.30pm and Saturday 10am until 5pm, with onsite parking available.
