Join for a special screening of The Chant of Jimmie Blacksmith as part of Dylan Bolger’s exhibition Prologue at Wreckers Upstairs.
Commissioned by SharingStories Foundation, the project has been supported through the First Nations Commission Fund by the Queensland Government via Arts Queensland.
Prologue engages with themes of history, sovereignty, storytelling and representation, creating space for reflection and dialogue through moving image and installation.
This project takes place on the unceded lands of the Yuggera and Turrbal peoples. Sovereignty was never ceded and respect is paid to Elders past, present and emerging.
