This degustation experience has been created especially for the GOMA Turns 10 celebration season. Join us in GOMA’s two-hatted restaurant, for a unique culinary collaboration with Brisbane-based artist Elizabeth Willing and QAGOMA Executive Chef Josue Lopez. Together, Elizabeth and Josue have created a sensory seven-course degustation with beverage pairings that responds to the themes of GOMA’s summer exhibition ‘Sugar Spin: you, me, art and everything’. Guests will encounter sculptural and sensorial elements that demonstrate how our perception of the world can change when different senses are triggered.
