Kinly Grey engages sensory experience and expanded poetics to explore art as affect. Based in Meanjin (Brisbane), Kinly has produced public works in locations including the Queen St Mall, Enoggera Reservoir, and Mt Coot-tha. In 2018 they were artist in residence at Metro Arts, producing major solo exhibition, slow burn. Kinly has exhibited with various galleries and ARIs including The Walls Art Space, Byron School of Art, people+artist+place, CLUTCH Collective, and Cut Thumb. Kinly graduated with First Class Honours from Queensland University of Technology in 2014.
