FIELD is the first exhibition presented by The Hold Artspace, a new exhibition venue opening in West End, Brisbane. Created in association with emerging curator and writer Lisa Bryan-Brown, FIELD features works by seven established and emerging Brisbane-based artists.
FIELD aims to reexamine the relationship between female artists and the subject of landscape; an intersection which has largely been overlooked and undertheorised within the landscape canon.
FIELD will be open to the public from March 1 – March 17, Tuesday – Saturday from 10am – 5pm.
As part of this exhibition, there will be a series of artist talks held on Sunday March 17 from 2pm – 5pm.
