This masterclass on intellectual property for arts professionals focuses on the basics of copyright protection, licensing and enforcement in Australia. Led by Director of Guest Work Agency, freelance curator and lawyer Alana Kushnir, the session has been specifically designed for those who work within arts organisations.
Art-related legislation and court judgments will be discussed, as well as hypothetical scenarios which arts organisations may face daily. Bring along your questions and ensure that your organisation is up-to-date with current legal requirements. This session is a must for those in directorial, administrative, curatorial, programming and communications roles, given the growing impact of digital communications on intellectual property.
This a ticketed industry masterclass, with limited numbers available.
