kau-in kau-in blood blood presents recently acquired and existing works from the City of Moreton Bay Art Collection by renowned multidisciplinary artist Judy Watson.
Working across textile, video and printmaking, Watson draws attention to underrepresented histories of Australia and the enduring presence of First Nations people and culture. Connected to Waanyi Country in north-west Queensland, Watson was born in Mundubbera and is now based in Brisbane.
The exhibition is the third instalment of the Art Collection in Focus series, highlighting a single artist from the City of Moreton Bay Art Collection.
