Lucida Journal: Habitat launch

Deadline:

State Library Queensland

Part of the Ampers&nd Program of the Brisbane Writers Festival.

Celebrate the launch of Lucida Journal: Habitat, Queensland Centre of Photography’s first ever printed edition of the journal. Following the closure of our gallery space in 2014, this edition of Lucida Journal explores the theme of what makes a home.

Join artists, curators and academics in this intimate panel discussion about Australian photo-media art.

The panel members will be led in conversation by Lynette Letic (Lucida Editor), and include Gordon Craig (QCP Chair of Board and Project Manager at The UQ Art Museum), Alexandra Brown (Lecturer in Architecture at Griffith University), Sancintya Simpson (artist and writer), and Virginia Rigney (Curator at the Gold Coast City Gallery).

Tickets are free, but limited, so make sure to book yours athttp://bwf.org.au/events/lucida-journal-habitat/?ref=08_03-09-2015+15%3A30%3A00
