Dark Moon Rising is a collaborative body of work created by Matthew Lys and Louis Lim.
Between 2012-2015, Louis has visited Matthew consistently in assistance with his photo and video skill development. Every visit comes with a surprising creative outburst, and over time, both artists have built an archive of photos and videos of Matthew’s imaginative life. The exhibition blends both artists’ works and showcase Matthew’s extravagant performance in front of the lens and reveals his humorous ingenuity.
