A show by the NOTeven artist collective.

Materialising the disillusion of the individual in society, “no kings, no parliaments, no assemblies” is a show that relies on the collaborative effort of 20 art students producing sculptures that have been stripped of any individuality. In doing this, the artists hope to achieve total unity and social freedom through elimination of the individual’s brand and therefore pride, ego, vanity and narcissistic admiration for the self. Despite branding being an essential marketing tool for selling an artists’ work, NOTeven wants to break the mould and sell themselves as a whole collective. A collective of individuals that will virtually give over their entire being to the will of the community.
