The Condensery

Perceptions explores the observations and interpretations of the landscape through sight and sound by Jinibara artist Jason Murphy and sculptor Gabe Parker. Images of the Stanley River are projected against a kinetic sculpture containing reflective surfaces. As the sculpture moves the image is distorted and transformed before the viewer’s eyes. A soundscape of composed ambient field recordings asks the viewer to consider their own impact and footprint on country.
