Brisbane City Council is seeking proposals from art consultants to write new public art policy and recommend innovative public art initiatives to establish Brisbane as a world class public art city.
The development of new policy and the associated guidelines is a key action in Council’s Design led City: a design strategy for Brisbane and part of the Strategy’s key priority ‘Creating great places’.
The consultant is to develop the new policy and provide a citywide vision and a set of overarching principles for commissioning high calibre contemporary public art across public, private and government sectors.
