WHEN : 24th September – 5th October / Opening 26th Sep, 6-8pm
WHERE : Project Gallery, Webb Centre, Queensland College of Art, 226 Grey St, Southbank

This exhibition is the culmination of an in-field project by Queensland College of Art students. Working with the Australian Earth Law Alliance (AELA), the students have created art which promotes the understanding of Earth Jurisprudence and ‘Wild Law’ in Australia.

Earth Jurisprudence is a new legal theory and growing social movement. It proposes that we rethink our legal, political, economic and governance systems so that they support, rather than undermine, the integrity and health of the Earth.

“Re-Orientation” features works from mediums including video, sculpture, installation, painting and photography which encourages and explores this re-orientation of thinking through visual language.
