res[on]ance [off]

31st July - 14th Agust

Outer Space

Outer Space is pleased to present the first exhibition as part of our online program, ‘Into the Ether’, res[on]ance [off].
This exhibition is a collection of intimate works, developed as a natural response to our social and historical climate. With global enforced lockdowns due to a pandemic, followed by international dialogue surrounding racial prejudice, the current social landscape has been, and continues to be, an important time to reflect, think, act and express.
res[on]ance [off] brings together work by Naomi Blacklock, Libby Harward, Greg Hooper, Del Lumanta, Amelia McLeish, Alexandra Spence and Lucreccia Quintanilla, to explore the innovative artistic approaches and aesthetic possibilities to manifest new imaginative and sonic encounters.
Join us as we actively engage, question, and challenge ourselves, the world, and traditional frameworks through a web of sonic soundscapes.
