Metro Arts invites Brisbane’s creative community to its second Townhall event for 2026, offering an opportunity to reconnect with the organisation and hear about the next phase of its evolving program.
Since the beginning of the year, Metro Arts has been developing new initiatives, residencies, partnerships and creative projects. This free community gathering will provide insight into upcoming artist residencies, exhibitions, performance seasons, and a major Brisbane Festival program. Attendees will also have the chance to meet new team members, learn about future opportunities, and engage in conversation about what lies ahead for one of Brisbane’s leading contemporary arts organisations.
The evening includes drinks, presentations, discussion, and opportunities to connect with fellow artists and arts workers. Questions, ideas and community participation are encouraged.
