Three $30,000 Helen Lempriere Scholarships will be awarded to emerging, mid-career and senior Australian sculptors. It is the intention that the scholarships will have a significantly beneficial impact on sculpture in Australia.
The Helen Lempriere Scholarships are designed to advance individual artist careers by enabling them to travel, study and improve their working environment. Each Australian sculptor who applies to be in Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi is considered for the scholarships by members of our Curatorial Panel.
