Current Projects presents a solo exhibition of new works by emerging Brisbane artist Liam O’Brien.
This exhibition finds Liam in the midst of a rigorous re-evaluation of his artistic practice, attempting to (re-)locate his work in the realms of the political, the social and the personal. As a result of the increased experimentation involved in this process, the work Liam creates for this exhibition has the potential for being highly transitionary, whilst also being invaluable to his artistic development.
