A term paradoxical by nature, Static explores the dualities of presence and absence, stillness and movement. This exhibition brings together still and moving images that flicker and fluctuate—evoking an atmosphere of unrest.
Through an interplay of post-photographic practices and analogue techniques, the artists examine the tensions between machine, place, and the intangible traces of experience. Static gestures toward the uncanny, inviting viewers into a space where contradiction and nostalgia quietly collide.
