Calling all young artists! Are you 12-25 and looking for an opportunity to make some art and have it displayed? As part of Brisbane Youth Week 2015, Visible Ink will be hosting a week-long collective art project which will be taking place 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday April 13 through to Thursday April 16 at the Visible Ink space (5 Green Square Close, Fortitude Valley). No bookings required!
This event invites young people aged 12-25 to come to the space and use the canvases, paints, and other tools supplied to create an artwork in the theme of ‘Identity’.
The artworks that are created in the space and submitted by the due date of 12.00pm Friday, 17th of April, will be displayed at the art exhibition/short film festival which will take place that night.
This event is free to participate in, and free to attend. Simply to attend the short film festival/art exhibition (to which all ages are welcome), it is a 5.30pm – 8.00pm at Visible Ink.
