For the first time Museum of Brisbane is partnering with the prestigious Asia Pacific Screen Awards and BrisAsia Festival to present contemporary Indonesian masterpiece The Seen and Unseen as part of a suite of films celebrating Asian Cinema for BrisAsia Festival.
One day, 10-year-old Tantri realizes she does not have much time left with her critically ill twin brother, Tantra. Tantri retreats to an enchanting nocturnal dream world, which becomes the twins’ playground. Tantri dances and experiences a magical journey and emotional relationship between reality and imagination, grief and hope.
