Field Trip Gallery presents Two Solos, featuring two distinct bodies of work shown side by side by Sona Babajanyan and Billy Shannon.
Sona Babajanyan’s Echoes and Imprints comprises a new body of work situated between dream, memory and reconstruction. The works return to questions the artist has been circling for years, exploring layered impressions and the persistence of memory.
Billy Shannon’s The Path reflects the turbulence of the past six months and the workings of an inner compass. The works consider direction, instinct and personal navigation through uncertainty.
