The University of Queensland Society of Fine Arts (UQSoFA) presents its annual Industry Night, bringing together emerging arts professionals and established curators for an evening of conversation, career insights and networking.
This year’s panel features three Brisbane-based curators: Jocelyn Flynn from UQ Art Museum (UQAM), Lizzie Riek from Griffith University Art Museum (GUAM), and Gabrielle Bergman from Museum of Brisbane (MoB).
The panelists will share insights into their career journeys and experiences working across the GLAM sector (galleries, libraries, archives and museums). Following the discussion, attendees can connect with peers, colleagues and arts professionals in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
The event is free, but registration is essential. Places are limited.
Dates: Tuesday 3 November 2026, 6–9pm
