Please join David Nixon and Casselle Mountford in their exhibition VERVE, and Grace Herrmann for her solo exhibition Landslide.
VERVE includes sculptures by Casselle Mountford and works on paper by David Nixon. The soft tactile forms, rounded fluidity and exuberant, vibrant colour combinations of Casselle’s sculptures express a playful, joyous harmony. Complementing these, David’s contemplative artworks embody his aim of developing various pictorial languages based upon personal motifs.
Landslide fuses Grace Herrmann’s explored practice in paper carvings with light and installation. As a series of works, these images examine geomorphic events as allegorical symbols of lived experience. Here major shifts slay routine and order with unexpected consequences.
