Watch This Space (WTS) is inviting applications for its 2027 program, contributing to the creative ecology of Mparntwe/Alice Springs through exhibitions, residencies and screenings.
Applications are open to artists and curators local to Mparntwe/Alice Springs, across Australia and internationally.
Watch This Space is an artist-run organisation that believes in the potential of art as a vehicle for change, connection and beauty. The organisation aims to amplify the voices of local, interstate and international artists that may go unheard in mainstream spaces.
Artists and curators can apply to the Exhibitions Program or as a Travelling Artist in Residence. Individual artists, duos and groups are welcome to apply. Walk-in Cinema screenings and Pantry exhibitions are also open for applications.
The program aims to cultivate an inclusive community space for artists where experimentation, questioning and collective responsibility are possible, with a focus on professional and unprofessional development.
